Somehow she got inside Dr Brains' lair. At least he's a villain, and she's playing at being a villain, so it almost makes sense for her to be in there...
But wherever she got that gold fish, she's definitely stashed it in the wrong spot!! Dr Brain looks flipping FURIOUS!!
